Directions for use: mix ONE scoop (35g) to 200 – 250ml of chilled water to your preferred flavour requirement, stir or shake vigorously for 30 seconds using a shaker. Once mixed consume immediately. For greater accuracy use weighing scales as scoop provided is included as a tool. We recommend 1-2 servings between scheduled meals per day.
