My diet for 2017 off-season

Ok guys here is an update on my diet so you know what I am doing for 2017 off-season.

Meal 1:
100g oats-1 banana
250ml egg whites
2 whole eggs

Meal 2:
Protein shake 100g oats 50g whey

Meal 3:
1pm
350g potatoes
300g Chicken

Preworkout Amino NRG

2pm
GYM
INTRA WORKOUT DRINK
Prime Amino

3:30pm
Post workout Anabolic Dex 3 scoops

4;30pm
Meal 4:
300g potatoes
300g chicken breast
150-250g Veggies

Meal 5:
8pm
300g sweet potato
300g low fat salmon
150-250g veggies
before bed:
300ml egg whites-2 yolk

My diet will stay like this for 2 weeks before I make changes on carbs.
